Appeal an action

If we took action against your account and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal within 30 days of the action.

Two paths, same window:

  • Reply to the notification we sent. The action email is the cleanest thread because it carries the case context.
  • Email us with the account name and what you want reconsidered. Use the inbox below.

What to include

Short is fine. Tell us what you think we got wrong and what we should reconsider. If there's context we didn't have at the time of the action, that's the most useful thing you can send.

How it goes

A human reviews every appeal — at our current size, that's the operator. Acknowledged within 7 days, resolved within 14. Outcomes: reverse, uphold, or modify. We tell you which and why.

If you're currently locked out of the account, the Enforcement Actions card in your Settings → Account view carries the action details and an appeal-status thread once it's open. The card is reachable even from a restricted-mode session.
