You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor. If you become aware that a minor has created an account, please report it immediately to legal@kinkweb.social.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating other users, or misrepresenting your identity is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
KinkWeb is an adult social platform providing community features including a social feed, profile creation, compatibility matching through a 22-axis radar chart system, messaging, events, and groups. The Service is operated by KinkWeb and hosted on servers located in the European Union.
KinkWeb is a social platform, not a dating agency. We provide tools for connection and compatibility assessment but do not guarantee any particular outcomes from using the Service.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are not required to use your legal name as a display name. You are required to provide a valid email address for account verification and communication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@kinkweb.social if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask for your password by email.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public view. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant KinkWeb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

Explicit adult content is permitted subject to the following conditions: all persons depicted must be 18 or older, all persons depicted must have consented to the creation and sharing of the content, and content must comply with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community. During the soft launch period, content moderation relies primarily on user reporting. We will respond to reports within 72 hours where operationally possible.

The Service is operated from servers in the European Union and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users in the European Economic Area have specific rights regarding their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service offers differential pricing based on gender identity. This pricing structure is a deliberate policy decision to promote community balance and is applied transparently. Current pricing is displayed on the registration page and may be updated from time to time with notice.
Payments are processed by CCBill, an adult-industry payment processor. Your payment information is processed and stored by CCBill and is not stored on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to CCBill’s terms of service.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where we have made a material error. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@kinkweb.social within 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users of the Service, whether online or offline. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-provided information including profile details and compatibility assessments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KinkWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinkWeb and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where our servers are located, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us at legal@kinkweb.social before initiating any formal proceedings. We will attempt to respond within 14 business days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before material changes take effect by emailing registered users and posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
KinkWeb will respond to valid legal process served in accordance with applicable law. We require a valid subpoena, court order, or warrant before disclosing user data to law enforcement.
Law enforcement requests should be directed to legal@kinkweb.social with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request." We will verify the legitimacy of all requests before responding.
We will notify affected users of law enforcement requests unless legally prohibited from doing so (e.g., by a gag order).
Emergency disclosure: In cases involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, we may voluntarily disclose user data to law enforcement without legal process.
If you encounter content that you believe depicts the sexual exploitation of a minor (CSAM), do not download, share, or screenshot it. Use the in-app report button and select "Underage content." We will review and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) as required by law.
For other illegal content (trafficking, non-consensual intimate images, threats of violence), use the in-app report button or email abuse@kinkweb.social.
